Kylee Shirey is a licensed attorney whose practice has concentrated in the areas of corporate and real estate law, representing clients and companies of all sizes throughout Northeast Indiana — from closely held businesses navigating formation and governance to larger enterprises managing complex transactions.
Beyond her legal practice, Kylee has spent her career embedded in the business community — helping organizations secure funding and business partnerships, launch new ventures, navigate economic development initiatives, and execute strategic growth. She has also served in fractional executive roles, stepping in as a senior leader to drive results for businesses at critical inflection points.
That combination — rigorous legal training, hands-on business experience, and a career spent working alongside owners and executives — is what Bold Wave Legal Group was built on. Kylee brings the perspective of someone who understands not just the legal dimensions of your work, but the business context surrounding it. She received her Juris Doctor from the Indiana School of Law and her B.S. in Law and Justice from Taylor University.
